摘  要:对影响水性醇酸树脂涂膜光泽的因素进行了研究。结果发现,干燥方式、水性醇酸树脂的黏度和用量、颜料体积浓度、流变助剂种类以及拼用水性丙烯酸树脂的用量都对水性醇酸树脂涂膜有较大的影响。当格氏黏度为18 s的水性醇酸树脂与MT-KG11水性丙烯酸乳液的质量比为7∶3时,以1.2%的TT-935做流变助剂,控制颜料体积浓度低于44%,25℃自然干燥后所得涂膜的光泽超过了90,在水中浸泡72 h不起泡。The factors affecting the gloss of waterborne alkyd resin coatings were studied.The results showed that drying method,viscosity and dosage of water-borne alkyd resin,volume concentration of pigments,types of rheological additives,and dosage of water-borne acrylic resin had great influence on water-borne alkyd resin coating.The coating prepared based on waterborne alkyd resin with a Grignard viscosity of 18 s and MT-KG11 waterborne acrylic emulsion at a mass ratio of 7:3 by adding 1.2wt.%of rheological agent TT-935,controlling the pigment volume concentration lower than 44%,and drying in normal atmosphere at 25℃ had a gloss higher than 90,and did not blister after being immersed in water for 72 hours.
