学生视角下的体育环境育人的调查与思考

摘　　要：目的了解中小学学生对体育的态度、参加锻炼的行为与学生体育场馆数量,锻炼人数与老师及家长支持程度的关系,为体育环境育人的改进提供建议,进而思考在教育中如何发挥环境的作用,完成教育目标,培育学生成才。方法问卷调查法。结果小学、初中和高中阶段的学生对各种环境影响因素的评价平均分呈递减趋势。多元回归分析发现,对学生的体育锻炼态度产生显著性影响的因素包括家庭体育氛围和学生参与校园、校外体育活动的情况。结论学生的年龄越小越容易受到环境的影响。影响学生对体育锻炼态度和体育活动的参与度的主要因素是家庭因素,周围人对体育活动的参与度和学生所在校内、居住区的体育设施布置情况;而学生参加课外体育活动的影响因素与父母的锻炼参与度有关,校内、居住区的体育设施建设情况也对其有一定的影响。Objective To understand the attitude of primary and secondary school students to physical education, the behavior of participating in physical exercise and the number of students’ stadiums, the relationship between the number of exercises and the support degree of teachers and parents, and to provide suggestions for the improvement of physical education environment, and then to think about how to play the role of environment in education, achieve educational objectives and cultivate students’ talents. Methods Questionnaire survey. Results The average scores of students in elementary, junior and senior high schools in assessing various environmental impact factors are decreasing. Multivariate regression analysis found that the factors influencing students’ attitudes toward physical exercise included family sports atmosphere and students’ participation in campus and extracurricular sports activities. Conclusion The younger the students are, the more vulnerable they are to the environment. The main factors affecting students’ attitudes towards physical exercise and participation in physical activities are family factors, the participation of people around them in physical activities and the arrangement of sports facilities in the school and residential areas where students live, while the factors affecting students’ participation in extracurricular physical activities are related to parents’ participation in physical exercise, in schools and residential areas.The construction of sports facilities also has a certain impact on it.
