探究教学秘书工作在高职教育教学管理中的特点及作用

摘　　要：教学秘书在高职教育体系当中充当管理者和服务者的角色,教学秘书负责沟通院系领导和教师以及学生三者,因此高职院校需要重视教学秘书在高职教育体系中的作用,将教学秘书的关键性作用充分地发挥出来。本文结合教学秘书的工作内容和工作性质等,深入探究了教学秘书工作在高职教育教学管理中的特点及作用,提出高职院校进一步建设教学秘书队伍的建议,进一步挖掘教学秘书的工作潜能。Acting as managers and servers in the higher vocational education system,teaching secretaries are responsible for communicating department and college leaders,teachers and students.Therefore,the role of teaching secretaries should be attached to much importance in the higher vocational education system,giving full play to the key role of teaching secretaries.Based on the content and nature teaching secretaries'work,this paper deeply explores the characteristics and functions of teaching secretaries'work in the teaching management of higher vocational education,and puts forward suggestions for further building a teaching secretary team in higher vocational colleges,so as to further tap the working potent of teaching secretaries.
