浅谈军工科研院所文化建设

摘　　要：本文从文化的概念出发,对军工科研院所长期发展以来文化建设的使命和优劣等方面进行了分析,并针对军工科研单位加强文化建设提出了一些建议和意见,论述了加强军工科研院所文化建设的必要性,以期能够对军工科研院所文化建设提供些许参考和借鉴。Based on the basic concept of culture,this paper analyzes the mission and advantages of cultural construction since the long-term development of military research institutes,and puts forward some suggestions for strengthening cultural construction in military research institutes.This paper discusses the necessity of strengthening the cultural construction of military research institutes in order to provide some references for the cultural construction of military research institutes.
