高职人才培养与宁波经济发展适应性个案研究

摘　　要：当前,大力发展一批以工业创新设计、科技服务、检验检测为代表的生产性服务业,是宁波市建设“中国制造2025”试点示范城市的客观需要和重要任务。通过对比宁波各高职院校人才培养质量情况以及宁波生产性服务业相关统计指标、公共信用信息和互联网招聘等相关监测数据,对宁波高职人才培养与生产性服务业发展的适应性开展研究,进一步探析高职人才培养与地区经济发展的互动联系。The Project of China Made 2025 Pilot Demonstration City require Ningbo to develop a group of producer services including industrial innovation design,scientific and technological services,inspection and testing.By comparing the talent training quality and the index of Ningbo producer services,public credit information and online employment information,the paper exams the adaption of talent training in higher vocational colleges to the development of producer services and relationship between the former and the local economic development.
