交互式安全管理模式在产科护理中的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨交互式安全管理模式在产科护理中的应用效果。方法将2018年5月至2018年11月在我院分娩的120例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组按交互式安全管理模式进行安全管理,对照组按传统方式进行安全管理,对比两组产妇的不良事件隐患知晓率及护理工作满意度。结果观察组的不良事件隐患知晓率、护理工作满意度分别为96.67%、98.33%,均高于对照组的83.33%、76.67%(P<0.05)。结论交互式安全管理模式可提高产妇的不良事件隐患知晓率,使护患双方共同参与安全管理,防范不良事件发生,同时可提高护理满意度,值得临床应用推广。Objective To explore the application effect of interactive safety management mode in obstetric nursing.Methods 120 puerperas delivered in our hospital from May 2018 to November 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group received interactive safety management mode,while the control group received traditional safety management.The awareness rate of adverse event hidden dangers and satisfaction degree to nursing work of the two groups were compared.Results The awareness rate of adverse event hidden dangers and satisfaction degree to nursing work in the observation group were respectively 96.67%and 98.33%,higher than 83.33%and 76.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Interactive safety management mode can improve the awareness rate of adverse event hidden dangers,enable the patients and the nurses to participate in safety management,prevent the occurrence of adverse events,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
