精神科女护士焦虑状态与应对方式相关分析

摘　　要：目的了解广州市某三甲精神病医院精神科女护士焦虑状态与应对方式,为改善护理人员压力应对模式提供参考。方法采用随机抽样方法选取广州市某三甲精神病医院精神科的181名女护士,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、状态-特质焦虑量表(STAI)、应对方式问卷(CSQ)进行调查。结果该院女护士的SAS评分为(36.56±6.40)分,状态焦虑量表(S-AI)评分为(45.45±10.40)分,均高于常模水平(P<0.05)。女护士SAS评分与CSQ的退避、合理化、自责评分呈正相关(r=0.16、0.20、0.30,P<0.05或P<0.01),与解决问题评分呈负相关(r=-0.42,P<0.01);SAS评分与S-AI、T-AI评分呈正相关(r=0.59、0.54,P<0.01)。结论该院精神科女护士的焦虑水平较高,在焦虑状态时更倾向于采用非成熟的应对方式。Objective To study the anxiety status and coping style of female psychiatric nurses in 3 A brain hospital in Guangzhou,in order to provide reference for improving the stress response model of nurses.Methods 181 female psychiatric nurses of a 3 A brain hospital in Guangzhou were selected by random sampling method,and investigated by anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),state-trait anxiety scale(STAI)and coping style questionnaire(CSQ).Results The SAS score of female nurses was(36.56±6.40)points,and the state anxiety scale(S-AI)score was(45.45±10.40)points,higher than the normal level(P<0.05).The SAS score of female nurses was positively correlated with backoff,rationalization and self-blame scores in CSQ(r=0.16,0.20 and 0.30,P<0.05 or P<0.01),and was negatively correlated with problem solving score(r=-0.42,P<0.01).The SAS score was positively correlated with S-AI and T-AI scores(r=0.59 and 0.54,P<0.01).Conclusions Female psychiatric nurses in this hospital have higher anxiety level,and tend to adopt immature coping methods when they are in anxiety status.
