长江经济带发展中践行绿色企业文化建设探索

摘　　要：长江经济带在我国经济发展具有十分重要战略地位,但长江经济带的发展效率及质量有待进一步提升。因此,传统企业升级转型成为必然,要实现升级转型就必须树立绿色价值观,进行绿色企业文化建设,在提高生产效率的同时减少污染排放,从而使长江经济带焕发经济活力。在研究总结绿色企业文化和长江经济带理论的基础上,分析现阶段长江经济带的发展现状,提出企业践行绿色企业文化建设的相关建议。The Yangtze River Economic Belt has a very important strategic position in China's economic development,but the development status of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is inefficient and needs to be improved.Therefore,the upgrading and transformation of traditional enterprises has become necessary.To achieve upgrading and transformation,it is necessary to establish green values,carry out green corporate culture construction,and reduce pollution emissions while improving production efficiency,thus making the Yangtze River Economic Belt glow economically.On the basis of summarizing the green corporate culture and the theory of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,this paper analyzes the current development status of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and puts forward relevant suggestions for enterprises to practice green corporate culture.
