立足六经探讨张仲景辨治心悸的研究

摘　　要：心悸在《伤寒论》中无专篇论述,其相关条文散见于六经之中,且以太阳病篇中论述最为详细,病机变化也最为复杂。张仲景对心悸的诊治,非只关乎心脏的气血阴阳之正虚或痰饮、火热之邪实,而是将其纳入于六经病的整体辨治当中,既重视疾病的动态演变过程,由表及里、由浅入深的普遍规律,又考虑每一经的生理及病理特点,同时还留心于病者素体的体质、正气的强弱以及疾病的轻重、标本缓急等,皆有灵活齐备的应对之策。张仲景的这些着眼点,正体现了《伤寒论》辨证论治的原思维,也正是我们今后需要进一步深入研究挖掘的内容。The palpitations are not discussed in Shanghan Lun. The relevant provisions of palpitation are scattered in six meridians, the Taiyang disease is the most detailed and the pathogenesis changes are the most complicated. According to the diagnosis and treatment of palpitation, ZHANG Zhong-jing not only attached importance to the heart deficiency syndrome of yin and yang, qi and blood, phlegm and fluid retention and excessive pathogen with fire-heat syndrome, but also included it into the six meridians syndrome differentiation in whole. ZHANG Zhong-jing not only pay attention to the rule of the dynamic evolution of the disease, which is from the outside to the inside and from the shallow to the deep, but also considers the physiological and pathological characteristics of each meridians, while also paying attention to the constitution of the patient, the condition of vital qi, the severity of the disease, priorities of root and tip. These points of ZHANG Zhong-jing reflected the fundamental thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment in Shanghan Lun, which is the most important content what we should further study and explore in the future.
