摘　　要：精神分裂症是一种临床常见的、病因尚未完全阐明的精神疾病,社会危害较大。中医学并无"精神分裂症"这一病名,根据其临床表现,现代医家多将其归属于"癫证""狂证"等范畴。笔者通过对中医古籍文献中相关论述进行整理和分析,从病名、病因病机、治疗等方面对中医古籍文献中有关精神分裂症的学术思想进行了系统阐述和归纳。Schizophrenia is a common psychiatric disease with unknown etiology,which is harmful to society.There is no name for schizophrenia in traditional Chinese medicine.According to its clinical manifestations,modern physicians classify it as‘epilepsy syndrome’and‘madness syndrome’.The author systematically expounds and summarizes the schizophrenic academic thoughts in ancient Chinese medical literature from the aspects of disease name,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment.
