胃癌病理组织类型、表皮生长因子单核苷酸多态性与胃癌患者舌苔形成的相关性

摘　　要：目的:研究胃癌病理组织类型、表皮生长因子(EGF)单核苷酸多态性(SNP)位点基因型与胃癌患者舌苔形成的相关性。方法:收集387例江苏省中医院胃癌住院患者。由2名中医师进行舌苔诊断。病理诊断分析胃癌患者的胃癌病理组织分型。聚合酶链式反应-连接酶检测反应检测EGF的7个SNP位点的基因型。结果:rs2237051携带GA/GG基因型或者rs4444903携带GA/AA基因型的弥漫型胃癌患者出现厚苔或剥苔的可能性增高(P<0.05);而rs3733625携带GA/GG基因型的弥漫型胃癌患者厚苔或剥苔的出现几率下降(P<0.05)。rs4444903携带GA/AA基因型的弥漫型胃癌患者出现灰、黑苔的可能性增高(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌的病理组织类型、EGF基因SNP位点的基因型可能与胃癌患者的舌苔形成相关。Objective: To study the correlation between the tissue type of gastric cancer, the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) site of epidermal growth factor(EGF) and the formation of tongue coating in patients with gastric cancer. Methods: A total of 387 patients with gastric cancer in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine were collected. The tongue coating was diagnosed by two TCM doctors. Pathological diagnosis was used to analyze the histological types of gastric cancer in patients with gastric cancer. Polymerase chain reaction-ligase detection was used to detect the genotypes of 7 SNP loci of EGF gene. Results: The analysis showed that patients with diffuse gastric cancer carrying GA/GG genotype rs2237051 or GA/AA genotype rs4444903 were more likely to have thick coating or exfoliation(P<0.05), while those with diffuse gastric cancer carrying GA/GG genotype rs3733625 were less likely to have thick coating or exfoliation(P<0.05). The occurrence of grey and black fur in patients with diffuse gastric cancer whose genotype rs4444903 was GA/AA was significantly increased(P<0.05). Conclusion: The histotype of gastric cancer and the genotype of SNP locus of EGF gene may be related to the formation of tongue coating in patients with gastric cancer.
