摘 要:目的:建立荜茇挥发油体内外特征图谱,分析其体外化学成分及体内吸收入血成分。方法:取SD大鼠,灌胃荜茇挥发油,分离并制备含药血清,气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法建立其含药血清的特征图谱,分析体外化学成分及吸收入血成分。结果:从荜茇挥发油GC-MS图谱中共鉴定出大根香叶烯、石竹烯等47种化学成分;从荜茇挥发油含药血清各色谱峰中共鉴定出9种化学成分,并用面积归一化法,测定出相对含量,其中"表观丰度"最大的为2号峰大根香叶烯(14.57%),其次为1号石竹烯(8.58%)、8号峰8-十七烷烯(4.18%)、6号峰β-没药烯(3.39%)、3号峰α-桉叶烯(3.02%)、4号峰雪松烯(3.01%)、5号十五烷(2.39%)、9号峰正十七烷(1.60%)、7号(-)-峰α-人参烯(1.35%)9个成分为荜茇挥发油中的吸收入血成分。结论:荜茇挥发油中带有碳碳双键C=C的成分可能为蒙药荜茇挥发油中主要起到药效的物质基础。Obiective: To establish the characteristic chromatograms of essential oil of Biba in vivo and in vitro, analyze its chemical components in vitro and absorbed into blood. Methods: SD rats were orally given of essential oil of Biba, separated and prepared drug serum. The characteristic chromatogram of medicinal serum was established by GC-MS. The chemical componentsin in vitro and medicinal serum were analyzed. Results: The results of GC-MS characteristic chromatograms of essential oil of Biba showed that 47 peaks were detected such as germacrene D, caryophyllene and so on. And Using the area normalization method to determine the relative content, there were 9 chemical compositions absorbed into blood. The greatest for apparent abundance was 2 peak germacrene D(14.57%), 1 peak β-Caryophyllene(8.58%), 8 peak 8-Heptadecene(4.18%), 6 peak α-Bisabolene(3.39%), 3 peak α-Selinene(3.02%), 4 peak cedrane(3.01%), 5 peak pentadecane(2.39%), 9 peak heptadecane(1.60%), 7 peak α-Ginsengene(1.35%). Conclusion: Presumably the essential oil of Biba with carbon carbon double bond C=C composition for the essential oil of Biba in the main pharmacodynamic material basis.
