摘　　要：七损八益是中医药学中的重要概念,一直以来诸多医家对此莫衷一是,通过梳理占卜中太少相生原理及七八九六之数变化的规律,结合中医的"七损八益"概念,揭示七损八益的深刻内涵。七损八益是阴阳平衡的最根本要素,正是因为如此,七八之数既可以用来表述男女生长的规律,也可以用来表述男女房中术的保养之道,更可以表述中医阴阳之间的相互关系,其实七损八益就是"太少相生"的另外一种表述。Seven impairments and eight benefits are important concepts in traditional Chinese medicine. Many doctors have been unable to agree on them for a long time. By combing the principle of ‘tai shao’ in divination and the law of changes in the number of seven eight nine six, combined with the concept of ‘seven impairments and eight benefits’ in traditional Chinese medicine, the profound connotation of ‘seven impairments and eight benefits’ was revealed. Seven impairments and eight benefits are the most fundamental element of the balance of yin and yang. It is precisely because of this that the number of seven and eight can be used to express the law of growth of men and women, the way of maintenance of male and female sexual techniques, and the relationship between yin and yang in traditional Chinese medicine. In fact, the number of seven impairments and eight benefits is another expression of ‘tai shao bear each other’.
