止痛生肌散联合生肌象皮膏对小腿静脉痛性溃疡治疗前后伤口渗出物中NGF、SP及S100A8/A9的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价止痛生肌散联合生肌象皮膏对小腿静脉痛性溃疡治疗前后伤口渗出物中神经生长因子(NGF)、P物质(SP)、S100钙结合蛋白A8/A9复合物(S100A8/A9)的影响。方法:应用DESIGN工具筛选出符合条件小腿静脉痛性溃疡24例,收集止痛生肌散联合生肌象皮膏治疗前后渗出物并采用ELISA检测渗出物中NGF、SP、S100A8/A9浓度,分析其与疼痛NRS评分的相关性。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后NGF浓度升高,SP、S100A8/A9浓度降低(P<0.01)。疼痛NRS评分与NGF浓度呈负相关,与S100A8/A9浓度呈正相关,与SP浓度无相关性。结论:止痛生肌散联合生肌象皮膏可能通过影响伤口NGF、SP和S100A8/A9含量使疼痛缓解进而促进伤口愈合。Objective: To assess the effects of Zhitong Shengji Powder combined with Shengji Xiangpi Plaster on nerve growth factor(NGF), substance P(SP) and S100 A8/A9 concentration of wound secretions in treating painful venous leg ulcers. Methods: Twenty-four painful venous leg ulcer cases were selected with DESIGN and wounds were treated with Zhitong Shengji Powder combined with Shengji Xiangpi Plaster. Then, we collected secretions before and after the treatment to detect the concentration of NGF, SP, and S100 A8/A9 with ELISA, and analyze its relevance to NRS score of pain. Results: Compared with before treatment, the concentration of NGF increased after treatment, and the concentration of SP and S100 A8/A9 decreased after treatment(P<0.01). NRS scores were negatively related to NGF concentration, positively relative to S100 A8/A9, and not related to SP concentration in wound secretions. Conclusion: Zhitong Shengji Powder combined with Shengji Xiangpi Plaster may relieve pain and promote wound healing through affecting the NGF, SP and S100 A8/A9 content of wounds.
