摘 要:通过梳理和归纳不同种类可再生能源开发对局地气候、水、大气、土壤、生态等环境要素的影响,得出了邻近区域不同种类可再生能源开发对生态环境可能存在叠加性、连锁性和复合性影响的猜想,并提出了对于多能互补项目,应从时间序列上研究累积影响,从空间序列研究叠加影响,实施全过程监测、加强适应性管理的建议。By combing and summarizing the impacts of different types of renewable energy development on local climate,water,atmosphere,soil and ecology,it is concluded that different types of renewable energy development may have superposition,linkage and compound impacts to the ecological environment in adjacent areas.For multi-energy complementary energy development projects,it is proposed that the cumulative effects should be studied from the view of time series,and the superposition effects should be studied from the view of spatial sequence.Some suggestions on implementing whole process monitoring and strengthening adaptive management are also presented.
