摘 要:根据水库联合供水优化调度的特点,建立了混沌变异布谷鸟算法求解多阶段组合优化问题的数学模型。针对标准布谷鸟算法全局寻优及局部搜索能力不平衡、后期收敛速度慢等缺点,采用混沌初始化以丰富种群的多样性,为全局寻优建立基础;同时引入变异算子以避免算法后期陷入局部最优。并以“山西大水网”为背景,将改进的布谷鸟算法应用于长治盆地供水区的优化调度,通过与标准布谷鸟算法进行对比,验证了混沌变异布谷鸟算法在水库联合优化调度中的有效性和优越性。According to the characteristics of joint water supply dispatching optimization of reservoirs,a mathematical model based on chaotic mutation cuckoo search algorithm is established to solve the multi-stage combination optimization problem.Aiming at the shortcomings of imbalance global optimization and local search ability and slower convergence rate of standard cuckoo search algorithm,the chaotic initialization is used to enrich the diversity of population for establishing the basis of global optimization,and at the same time,the mutation operator is introduced to avoid the algorithm falling into local optimization.Taking Shanxi Water Network as study object,the improved cuckoo search algorithm is applied to the dispatching optimization of water supply reservoirs in Changzhi Basin.The comparison with the results of standard cuckoo search algorithm verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of chaotic mutation cuckoo search algorithm in the joint dispatching optimization of reservoirs.
