摘 要:首先,以聚合硫酸铝为主料,复配适量氟硅酸镁及磷酸等制备无碱液体速凝剂基液,使用基准水泥测试表明:在掺量为6%情况下,基液的初、终凝时间分别为583 s、2179 s,1 d抗压强度为7.8 MPa,28 d抗压强度比为89%。然后,系统研究了三乙醇胺(TEA)、二乙醇单异丙醇胺(DEIPA)及三异丙醇胺(TIPA)掺入基液对速凝剂性能的影响,使用基准水泥测试表明:TEA和DEIPA均能显著降低速凝剂的凝结时间,在基液中掺入0.8%的醇胺配成速凝剂,在速凝剂掺量为6%的情况下,初凝和终凝时间分别小于195 s和560 s,1 d抗压强度大于9.0 MPa。TEA的促凝效果及1 d增强效果稍好于DEIPA的,但3 d抗压强度和28 d抗压强度比,DEIPA的明显高于基液和TEA的。掺入TIPA虽能显著提升速凝剂的28 d抗压强度比,但无协同促凝作用且会降低1 d抗压强度,故不适合作为硫酸铝基无碱液体速凝剂的协同增效组分。最后,通过XRD和SEM分析,进一步验证了3种醇胺的作用效果。Firstly,a basic solution of alkali-free liquid accelerator was prepared by using aluminum sulfate as main material,compounding appropriate amount of magnesium fluorosilicate and phosphoric acid.The test results using reference cement show that when the basic solution dosage is 6%,the initial setting time and final setting time of samples are 583 s and 2179 s,respectively,compressive strength at 1 d is 7.8 MPa,and compressive strength ratio at 28 d is 89%.Then,the effects of triethanolamine(TEA),diethanolisopropanolamine(DEIPA)and triisopropanolamine(TIPA)mixed in the basic solution on the performance of accelerators were studied systematically.The reference cement test shows that both TEA and DEIPA can significantly reduce the setting time of accelerators.When the dosage of the accelerator prepared by adding 0.8% alkanolamine is 6%,the initial and final setting time of samples are less than 195 s and 560 s,respectively,the compressive strength at 1 d is greater than 9.0 MPa.The promoting effects of TEA on setting time and compressive strength at 1 d are slightly better than that of DEIPA.But the compressive strength at 3 d and compressive strength ratio at 28 d of DEIPA are significantly higher than that of TEA and basic solution.The compressive strength ratio of the accelerator at 28 d is significantly increased by adding TIPA,but the initial and final setting time are not shortened and the compressive strength at 1 d is decreased.Therefore,TIPA is not suitable to be used as a synergistic component of aluminum sulfate base alkali-free liquid accelerator.Finally,the effect of the three alkanolamines was further verified by XRD and SEM analysis.
