摘 要:将煤矸石最大限度地应用于高等级路面基层是一项重要的利用途径。首先研究了煤矸石的物化特性,其次采用部分煤矸石替代2.36~13.2 mm范围内的普通碎石,选用5.5%的水泥剂量,依据煤矸石、碎石的不同掺量设定了8组级配混合料,进行室内7 d无侧限抗压强度试验;最后对3组优选级配混合料进行力学性能试验研究。结果表明:煤矸石性能良好,采用26%~30%的碎石1号料,煤矸石利用量可达到35%~47%,且混合料的7 d无侧限抗压强度满足规范中高等级路面基层的要求;经过标准养生28 d和90 d的混合料抗压强度、抗压回弹模量、劈裂强度和劈裂回弹模量均能满足规范要求,该混合料可用于高等级路面基层。It is an important way to apply coal gangue to the base of high-grade pavement to the maximum extent.The physical and chemical properties of gangue were studied at first.Secondly,some gangues were used to replace ordinary gravels in the range of 2.36-13.2 mm.According to the different dosages of gangues and gravels,when the cement dosage was 5.5%,8 groups of graded mixtures were set for the 7 d unconfined compressive strength test.Finally,3 groups of preferred graded mixtures were selected for mechanical performance test.The results show that the gangue has better characteristics,with 26%-30% 1# gravel,the utilization of gangue can reach 35%-47%,and the 7 d unconfined compressive strength of the mixture meets the requirements of the specification for high-grade pavement bases,the compressive strength,compressive rebound modulus,splitting strength and splitting rebound modulus of the mixture after standard curing of 28 d and 90 d can meet the requirements of the specification,and the mixture can be applied to a high-grade pavement base.
