中医外治法治疗消化道肿瘤术后胃瘫综合征的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价中医外治法治疗消化道肿瘤术后胃瘫的临床疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库及美国国立医学图书馆(PubMed)等数据库,检索日期建库至2018年10月,按照纳入与排除标准筛选文献,对纳入文献应用RevMan5.3软件进行数据分析及质量评价。结果纳入14个随机对照试验,共822例患者,Meta分析结果显示中医外治法治疗PGS有效率高于常规治疗[RR 1.22,95%CI(1.15,1.30),n=13,I 2=0%],且治疗后中医外治组胃液引流量较对照组明显减少[MD-0.65,95%CI(-0.87,-0.36),n=4,I 2=0%]。结论中医外治法治疗PGS有效率高于常规治疗,由于本研究纳入的RCTs质量和数量原因,临床需更多高质量、大样本的RCTs研究对中医外治治疗PGS的临床疗效及安全性进行验证。Objective To review systematically the clinical effect and safety on gastroparesis syndrome after digestive tumor surgery treated with the external therapy of TCM.Methods The data were retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and PubMed from the establishment time of database to October 2018.The articles were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.RevMan5.3 software was used to analyze the data and quality evaluation of the included articles.Results A total of 14 RCTs were included,with 822 patients involved.The results of Meta analysis showed that the effective rate of the post-surgical gastroparesis syndrome(PGS)treated with the external therapy of TCM was higher than the routine treatment[RR 1.22,95%CI(1.15,1.30),n=13,I 2=0%].After treatment,the gastric drainage volume in the TCM external therapy group was less obviously than the control group[MD-0.65,95%CI(-0.87,-0.36),n=4,I 2=0%].Conclusion The effective rate of TCM external therapy on PGS is higher than the routien treatment.Because of the limited quality and quantity of the included RCTs in this research,a high-quality,large-sample RCT study is required to verify the clinical effect and safety of PGS treated with TCM external therapy.
