摘　　要：目的探讨白内障摘除+人工晶体植入联合房角粘连分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果及安全性。方法选取我院收治的80例闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组实施常规手术(小梁式切除术)治疗,观察组实施白内障摘除+人工晶体植入联合房角粘连分离术治疗,分析两组临床指标、并发症、治疗总有效率。结果观察组各临床指标优于对照组,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,观察组临床指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者临床治疗中,应用白内障摘除+人工晶体植入联合房角粘连分离术治疗,效果显著,对改善患者眼压水平、减少并发症发生率、提高治疗效果具有积极作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect and safety of cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation and separation of angle closure glaucoma with cataract.Methods Eighty patients with angle-closure glaucoma and cataract were selected in our hospital.They were divided into control group(n=40)and research group(n=40)by random number table method.The patients in control group were treated with routine treatment(trabeculectomy),and the patients in study group were treated with cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation combined with atrial angle viscosity.The clinical indicators,complications and the total effective rate of the two groups were analyzed.Results The comparison of clinical indicators:the study group was better than the control group;the comparison of complications:the study group was lower than the control group;the total effective rate of treatment:the study group was higher than the control group,the deference was statistically significan(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of angle closure glaucoma with cataract,cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation combined with atrial angle adhesion separation has a significant effect.It has a positive effect on improving the intraocular pressure level,reducing the incidence of complications,and improving the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
