摘 要:文章引经据典分析了中药的加工从脚注的形式到重视小炒对提高中药临床疗效的必要性。结合医院药房、药店门市部临方炮制现状指出了目前在调剂工作中存在的一些不足,并通过中药黄连的传统炮制方法和现代实验研究结果的具体归纳,强调中药合理炮制与保证疗效确切的关系,临方炮制应成为中药加工调整药性的补充手段。The necessity of processing changes from the form of footnotes to the emphasis on stir-fry of traditional Chinese medicine to improve its clinical efficacy was allusively analyzed and some deficiencies in the formulated preparation at hospital pharmacy and drugstores were indicated.The exact relationship between the rational preparation of traditional Chinese medicine and the guarantee of curative effect was emphasized by specific induction from both traditional processing and contemporary experimentation for Coptis chinensis.Clinical processing should become a supplementary means to adjust the medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine.
