摘 要:末端防治处理技术的设计是为了尽量减少在自然大气系统中排放未经处理的废气对环境的影响。不同的防治处理方案具有不同的性能特点,对环境的影响也不同。本研究采用基于半生命周期理论体系的评价方法,对选定的生产型企业末端防治处理设施进行评价。结果表明,经过末端防治处理设施处理过的A企业废气年光化学臭氧潜势值(143.83 kg)与末端处理设施电耗所造成的年光化学臭氧潜势值(923.52 kg)之和是远大于未经过末端防治处理设施的A企业废气年光化学臭氧潜势值(181.99 kg)。也就是说当企业排污量较低时,即使选择了某末端防治处理技术仍可达标,但是从环境效益角度看该处理技术其实对环境造成了更大的损伤。因此,本研究提出一种针对末端防治处理技术的评估方法,希望可以协助企业选择有环境效益的末端防治处理技术。The end treatment technology is designed to minimize the environmental impact of untreated exhaust gases in natural atmospheric systems.Different control solutions have different performance characteristics and have different environmental impacts.This study dedicates on evaluating the terminal treatment facilities of selected production enterprises by an evaluation method based on the semi-life cycle assessment system.Results show that after the terminal treatment,the emission photochemical ozone potential value of A enterprise is 143.83 kg and the photochemical ozone potential value caused by the terminal treatment facilities’electrical consumption is 923.52 kg.If A enterprise does not have terminal treatment facilities,ozone potential value of waste gas is 181.99 kg which is much lower than the sum of photochemical ozone potential value of A enterprise with terminal treatment facilities and photochemical ozone potential value caused by the terminal treatment facilities’electrical consumption.That means that when the company’s waste gases discharge is low,if there is a kind of terminal treatment technology,the ozone potential value of waste gas of this company could nearly reach the standard.And the terminal treatment technology may actually cause more serious damage to the environment in the perspective of environmental benefits.Therefore,this study proposes an evaluation method for the terminal treatment technology which could help to select the terminal treatment technology with high environmental benefits.
