预后营养指数对妇科恶性肿瘤预后的评估价值的研究进展

摘　　要：妇科恶性肿瘤的发病率和死亡率逐年上升,严重威胁女性健康。因此准确预测肿瘤的预后为患者病情提供更准确的治疗,成为了研究者近几年的研究热点。预后营养指数(prognostic nutrition index,PNI)=10×血清白蛋白值(g/dL)+0.005×外周血淋巴细胞计数(每平方毫米),是一种用于评估肿瘤患者营养状态和免疫状况的指标,被证实与淋巴结转移、肿瘤浸润深度、肿瘤分期和肿瘤的总体生存率和无进展生存率有关,且有研究指出,PNI值与肿瘤的铂抵抗相关联,术前PNI值较低的患者其病理分型相对较差,Tumor Node Metastasis(简称TNM)分期较晚,总体生存率和无进展生存率相对较低。本文就PNI值对妇科恶性肿瘤预后评估价值的相关研究进展作一综述。The morbidity and mortality of gynecological malignant tumors are increasing year by year,which serious threat the health of female.Accurately predicting the prognosis of tumor provides more accurate treatment for patients,and it has become a research hotspot in recent years.Prognosis Nutrition Index(PNI)=10*the values of serum albumin(g/dL)+0.005*peripheral blood lymphocyte counts(per square millimeter),which is used to evaluate nutritional status and immune status of tumor patients,have been shown to be related to lymphatic metastasis,depth of invasion,tumor stage,and the overall survival rate.Waht s more,studies have pointed out that the values of PNI are associated with platinum resistance in tumors,the pathological classification of patients with low preoperative PNI was relatively poor,TNM stage later,overall and disease-free survival rates are relatively low.This article summarizes the research progress of PNI in evaluating the prognosis of gynecological malignancy.
