基于ACGME核心能力的Milestones评价系统在妇产科住院医师评价中的应用

摘　　要：随着中国医疗改革的不断深入以及对高质量医疗服务需要的不断增加,医学教育需要进一步的改革,如何实现医疗服务的均质化及标准化,规范的医学教育培训体系及严格的培训质控成为最需要解决的重点。作为毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,住院医师规范化培训是培养合格妇产科医师的重要途径及方法。全球大多数的国家都建立了自己的培训体系,为培养高水平的住院医师提供了制度上的保障,美国具有较为成熟的住院医师培训制度,尤其是美国毕业后医学教育认证委员会作为独立非营利机构在其中发挥重要作用,其运行体系成熟,且管理经验丰富。笔者希望通过介绍基于ACGME核心能力的妇产科Milestones评价体系,为建设我们的住院医师培训评价体系提供一定的借鉴。With the continuous deepening of medical reform in China and the increasing demand for high-quality medical services,medical education needs further reform,questions like how to achieve medical service homogenization and standardization,standardized medical education and training system and strict training quality control become focus which need to be solved the most.As an important part of post-graduate medical education,standardized training for residents is an important way and method to train qualified obstetricians and gynecologists.Most countries in the world have established their own training systems,which provide institutional guarantees for cultivating high-level residents.The United States has a relatively mature resident training system,especially ACGME plays an important role as an independent non-profit organization.Its operating system is mature and its management experience is rich.We hope to provide some references for the construction of our resident training evaluation system by introducing ACGME s obstetrics and gynaecology milestones evaluation system.
