摘　　要：目的探讨当前国内医学研究生压力状况以及压力源的分布情况。其次考察压力源在医学研究生中性别、年级、独生子女情况以及婚姻状况变量上的差异分析。方法采用研究生压力源量表对全国13个省(包括直辖市)的医学研究生进行问卷调查。结果调查发现1 216名医学研究生中有57.6%的人认为自己压力很大且经常存在。前3位压力的来源是学业、就业和经济。性别方面,男性医学研究生在人际交往(P<0.01)、经济(P<0.01)、婚姻爱情方面(P<0.001)的压力要大于女性。年级方面,博士研究生整体压力要高于硕士及八年制研究生(P<0.001)。独生子女的医学研究生在人际交往(P<0.05)及婚姻爱情方面(P<0.01)的压力要高于非独生子女。相对于已婚的医学研究生,未婚的医学研究生在经济方面的压力更大(P<0.05)。结论当今医学研究生承受了多方面的压力,研究结果为医学研究生的培养和健康教育提供了科学依据,为改进国家医学研究生培养模式提供新的参考。Objective To clarify the current stress status of medical graduate students and the distribution of stress sources.Secondly,the differences of stressors in gender,grade,only child and marital status variables among medical graduate students were investigated.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among medical graduate students from 13 provinces(including municipalities directly under the Central Government)in China by using the Graduate stressors scale.Results It was found that 57.6%of 1 216 medical graduate students thought they were stressed and it was regular.The top three sources of stress were education,employment and the economy.In terms of gender,male medical graduate students were more stressed than women in interpersonal communication(P<0.01),economy(P<0.01)and marriage and being in love(P<0.001).In terms of grade,the overall pressure of doctoral students was higher than that of master s degree and eight-year graduate students(P<0.001).The pressure of graduate students from one-child family in interpersonal communication(P<0.05)and marriage and being in love(P<0.01)was higher than that of students from multi-children family.Compared with married medical graduate students,unmarried medical graduate students were under greater financial pressure(P<0.05).Conclusions At present,medical graduate students are under pressure from many aspects.the research results provide a scientific basis for the training and health education of medical graduate students,and provide a new reference for improving the training model of national medical graduate students.
