摘 要:以公交优先为导向,针对城市单点信号控制交叉口,建立了一种新的模型:以交叉口乘客延误最小为优化目标求解周期时长,根据各相位乘客流量比和饱和度确定各相位绿信比,将两者结合建立了基于公交优先的单点交叉口定时信号配时优化模型.在此基础上,利用交叉口非优先相位的过剩绿灯时间,确定绿灯延长和红灯早断策略的控制参数,可以设计单交叉口感应信号控制方法.以实际交叉口为例,利用VISSIM仿真软件对基于公交优先的单交叉口信号控制优化方法进行建模,并得出了不同方案下的交叉口车均延误、乘客延误和平均停车次数.结果表明:优化方法能一定程度降低交叉口的车均延误和乘客延误,能降低公交车辆和社会车辆的停车次数.For isolated intersections,a new transit signal priority control model was proposed based on passenger delay.The cycle length can be solved when the minimum delay per person is regarded as optimization goal.The green signal ratio of each phase can be determined according to the passenger flow ratio and saturation of each phase.Based on bus priority,an optimization method of pre-timed signal timing for the single intersection was established by combining the two calculation methods.The excess green time of the non-priority phase at the intersection was fully used to determine the control logic and control parameters of the green-light extension and red-light early-break strategy.An induction signal control method based on bus priority was proposed for the single intersection.By selecting an intersection in Dalian and using VISSIM simulation software to model signal control optimization,average delay per vehicle,average delay per person and average stopping number can be derived in different timing schemes.The result reveals that the signal control optimization model can decrease the average delay per vehicle,average delay per person and decrease the stopping number of buses and social vehicles at intersections.
