摘 要:为了提高SBS改性沥青的技术性能,研究以纳米ZnO为原材料,利用硫化反应理论及斯托克丝定律揭示纳米ZnO/SBS复合改性沥青性能提升机理,并通过室内试验验证纳米ZnO/SBS复合改性沥青的技术性能及其在AC-13、SMA-13沥青混合料路用性能中的提升作用.研究结果表明:纳米ZnO的掺入有效的提高了SBS改性沥青的贮存稳定性,并在一定程度上提高了SBS改性沥青的粘度、老化后性能及低温弯曲蠕变性能;但对SBS改性沥青的低温延性有轻微的损害作用.纳米ZnO的最佳掺量为1.5‰(基质沥青质量‰);纳米ZnO的掺入提高了沥青混合料的高温稳定性及低温抗裂性.To improve the performances of SBS modified asphalt,Nano-zinc oxide(ZnO)was used as the raw material,and the strokes law was used to reveal the performance improvement mechanism of the asphalt with nano-zinc oxide/SBS addition.The performances of the compound modified asphalt by ZnO and SBS were tested.The test results show that with the addition of Nano-ZnO,the storage stability of the SBS modified asphalt is effectively improved,and the viscosity,anti-aging properties and bending creep behavior at low temperature of the SBS modified asphalt are also improved to a certain extent.However,the low-temperature ductility of the SBS modified asphalt is slightly damaged.The optimum content of the Nano-ZnO addition is 1.5‰.The high-temperature stability and low-temperature crack resistance of the SBS modified asphalt mixture are improved by the addition of Nano-ZnO.
