摘  要:增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)是一种非血管性致盲性疾病,是造成孔源性视网膜脱离手术修复失败的主要原因。PVR的发病机制目前尚不明确,其发生、发展是由多种细胞、炎性因子、蛋白等因素共同参与的结果。一旦形成,治疗棘手,效果不佳,大大降低了患者的生活质量水平。目前,关于PVR的发病因素及机制研究报道较多,而这些细胞、因子及蛋白组学是通过哪些信号传导途径进行传导则是最近几年研究和争论的热点。其中丝裂原活蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路在PVR发生发展过程中的作用越来越引起人们的注意,通过对MAPK信号通路在PVR作用机制的探索,有助于深入的了解眼部疾病的生成和发展规律,为预防和控制PVR的形成和发展提供新的思路和方案。Proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR)is a non-neovascular blinding disease and the leading cause of failure in repairing surgery of rhegmatogenous retinal detachments.The pathogenesis of PVR is not yet clear,its occurrence and development is the result of the involvement of a variety of cells,inflammatory factors,proteins and other factors.Once formed,PVR is difficult to treat,and the effect of treatment is not favorable and it will substantially reduce the quality of life of patients.At present,there are many reports on the pathogenesis and mechanism of PVR,and the signaling pathways through which these cells,factors and proteomics are transduced is the hot point of research and debate in recent years.The role of mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway in the development of PVR has attracted increasingly more attention.Exploring the MAPK signaling pathway in PVR is helpful to understand the formation and development of eye disease more deeply and provide new ideas and solutions for preventing and controlling the formation and development of PVR.
