水激光技术对乳牙根管治疗后复发病例的效果观察

摘　　要：目的比较根管再治疗和水激光对乳牙非牙根稳定期根管治疗后复发处理的疗效。方法对56例7~9.2岁(平均8.3岁)患者的60颗患牙进行过常规乳牙根管治疗,观察1个月后行预成冠修复后根尖再次出现肿胀,摄X线片未发现明显根管欠填和超填现象的第二乳磨牙,其中30颗患牙进行根管再治疗,另外30颗用水激光处理(随机),处理完1周和3年之内每3个月复查1次。结果进行根管再治疗的30颗患牙有16颗肿胀在1周内完全消除,且在半年内未出现复发,用水激光处理的30颗患牙有28颗肿胀在1周内完全消除,且在3年内未出现复发。两组效果比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论水激光技术对于处于非牙根稳定期的已行较完善乳牙根管治疗后复发的病例有很好的疗效。Objective To compare the clinical effects of root canal retreatment and Er,Cr:YSGG Laser for baby teeth during root instability period with abscess recurring after RCT.Methods The 60 of the second primary molars received regular RCT,and their primary molar crown have been done after one month without pain,but abscess recurred on the gingiva near root again,and obvious underfilling or overfilling could not be find on dental X-ray film.Root canal retreatment was taken for 30 teeth and used Er,Cr:YSGG Laser to treat another 30 teeth;all the patients were reviewed after 7 days and once of 2 weeks during half a year.Results In the group of receiving Root canal retreatment,there were 16 teeth's abscess eliminated within one week,and never recurred during half a year.Meanwhile in the group of receiving Er,Cr:YSGG Laser,there were 28 teeth,and never recurred during half a year.Significant statistical differences were observed between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Er,Cr:YSGG Laser for primary teeth during root instability period with abscess recurring after RCT has better effect.
