摘  要:在脉冲式激光测距的设计当中,时差测量成了一个影响整个系统测量精度最关键的因素.针对激光测距中时差测量原理,设计了一种基于FPGA的时间测量模块,采用低成本、60 nm低功耗工艺的Cyclone IV系列芯片实现了模块设计,整个模块包括PLL时钟源、待测信号产生电路、计数器、边沿检测电路、延迟链电路、查找表及数据处理.首先介绍了脉冲激光测距原理,然后描述了设计时间测量模块的原理、结构以及各个部分电路的原理与设计,最后测试结果,时差测量精度小于250 ps,满足脉冲式激光测距系统的要求.In the design of a pulsed laser ranging,the time measurement(time of flight measurement)has become a measurement precision of the key factors affecting the whole system.The time measuring principle for laser ranging,the paper has designed a time measurement module based on FPGA and Cyclone IV series chip is used.The whole module system includes the PLL clock source,signal generating circuit,counters,edge detection circuit,delay chain circuit,look-up-table,and data processing.In this paper pulse laser ranging principle is firstly introduced,and then describes the design principle,the system framework and each part of module circuit principle and design.Finally it provides the measured results of module system,the time measuring precision is less than 250 ps,it can meet the requirements of the pulsed laser ranging system.
