摘　　要：牙齿拔除术是牙槽外科最常见的手术之一,其中磨牙拔除术操作难度大,术中易出现牙根折断,且磨牙拔除术所采用的方法和器械也较多;尽管如此,随着牙槽外科理念和技术的变革以及相关医疗器械的不断发展,为磨牙拔除术带来了新的突破.现就牙齿稳固的生物学基础、牙齿拔除的适应证和禁忌证、磨牙拔除术的方法和技术以及磨牙断根的取出方法进行综述.Exodontia is one of the most common operation in alveolar surgery.The operation of molar teeth extraction which requires variety of methods and equipment,is quite difficult as the root fracture is liable to occur.The innovation of alveolar surgery concept and technology and the continuous development of related medical instruments have brought a new breakthrough for molar extraction.This text summarized the biology foundation of teeth stability,the indications and contraindications of teeth extraction,the methods and techniques of molar teeth and root extraction.
