摘　　要：高校学生的专业实习是培养高素质应用型人才必不可少的实践性环节,也是教学计划的重要组成部分;PDCA模式是管理工作的基本办法,也是质量管理的有效措施。在高校的专业实习过程中运用PDCA模式,从制定方案到具体的实施,从过程的监督到后期的检查处理,可以大大加强本科专业人才培养的质量,提升高校的管理体制。The professional practice of college student is an essential practical link to cultivate high-quality applied talents,is also an important part of teaching plan.PDCA mode is a basic method of management and an effective measure of quality management.The application of PDCA mode in the professional practice process of colleges and universities,from the formulation of project to concrete implement,from the supervision of the process to the later inspection and treatment,can greatly strengthen the quality of undergraduate professional training and improve the management system of colleges and universities.
