探讨急诊消化道出血临床特征及诊治方法

摘　　要：目的:分析急性消化道出血患者的临床特征及相应治疗方法。方法:选择我院于2016年1月至2019年1月收治的200例急诊消化道出血患者,随机分配为对照组与治疗组,其中对照组患者100例,采用常规治疗方法,治疗组患者100例,采用内镜治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:经过治疗后,两组患者均由一定治疗效果,其中治疗组患者治疗效果显著高于对照组患者,两组患者对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊中,针对消化道出血患者采取内镜治疗方法能够有效止血,保障患者患者生命健康,对提升患者生存率具有重要意义。Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of acute gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:200 patients with emergency gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,of which 100 patients in control group were treated with routine therapy and 100 patients in treatment group were treated with endoscopy,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the two groups of patients were treated by a certain therapeutic effect,in which the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic treatment for gastrointestinal hemorrhage in emergency can effectively stop bleeding,protect the life and health of patients,and improve the survival rate of patients is of great significance.
