摘  要:为提高水下航行器快速性、减小开孔带来的噪声,盖板启闭机构被广泛应用。以空间连杆机构和凸轮机构为基础设计了盖板启闭机构方案,建立机构运动学模型,以盖板运动特性为设计目标,初步确定凸轮轮廓;建立机构的动力学模型,通过数值仿真分析盖板启闭机构的动力学特性,针对瞬时冲击载荷过大的问题开展方案优化设计。盖板启闭机构经过优化后,工作时对驱动力的要求明显降低,并且工作运行平稳,消除了冲击振动,能有效提高设备的可靠性和隐身性。To improve speed characteristics and reduce sailing noise caused by hole,the hatch door mechanism has been widely used in underwater vehicle.On the base of spatial linkage and cam mechanism,a hatch door mechanism is designed,then establish kinematics model of the mechanism,determine the curve of cam based on the motion characteristic of hatch door;The dynamic characteristic is analyzed by numerical simulation after dynamic model is established,then optimize the design scheme of the mechanism aiming at the problem of the instantaneous impact load is too large.The results shows that the required driving force for the mechanism is reduced significantly,and the mechanism work smoothly,impact vibration is eliminated.The optimization can improve reliability and stealth of hatch door mechanism.
