摘 要:本试验旨在研究营养性复合添加剂对饲喂含黄曲霉毒素B 1(AFB1)饲粮生长育肥猪生长性能、抗氧化能力、肝脏功能和毒素残留的影响。选取平均体重为(38.06±0.27)kg的健康“杜×长×大”生长育肥猪28头,按照体重相近原则随机分为4组,分别为对照组(基础饲粮)、AFB1组(含AFB1 280μg/kg)、复合添加剂Ⅰ组(AFB1饲粮+0.3%抗氧化复合添加剂)和复合添加剂Ⅱ组(AFB1饲粮+0.3%肠道健康复合添加剂),每组7个重复,每个重复1头猪。试验期102 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,AFB1组51~75 kg生长育肥猪的平均日增重(ADG)显著降低(P<0.05);135 kg时的血浆总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著降低(P<0.05),血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高(P<0.05);100 kg时的血浆谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性显著升高(P<0.05);肝脏指数、肝脏和肾脏AFB1和黄曲霉毒素M1(AFM1)含量显著升高(P<0.05),背最长肌AFB1含量显著升高(P<0.05)。与AFB1组相比,复合添加剂Ⅰ组51~75 kg生长育肥猪的ADG显著升高(P<0.05);135 kg时的血浆T-SOD活性显著升高(P<0.05);100 kg时的血浆MDA含量和GOT活性显著降低(P<0.05);肾脏AFM 1和背最长肌AFB1含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与AFB1组相比,复合添加剂Ⅱ组生长育肥猪135 kg时的血浆T-SOD活性显著升高(P<0.05),100和135 kg时的血浆MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05);100 kg时的血浆GOT活性显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲喂含280μg/kg AFB1饲粮可导致生长育肥猪的生长性能和机体抗氧化能力下降、组织AFB1残留量增加、肝脏功能受损;添加0.3%抗氧化复合添加剂显著降低AFB1在组织中的残留,提高机体抗氧化能力,缓解AFB1对生长育肥猪生长性能和肝脏功能的不良影响;添加0.3%肠道健康复合添加剂显著提高机体抗氧化能力,缓解AFB1对生长育肥猪肝脏的损伤。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of nutritional compound additives on growth performance,antioxidant capacity,liver function and toxin residues of growing-finishing pigs fed diets contaminated with aflatoxin B1(AFB1).Twenty-eight healthy Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire growing-finishing pigs with average body weight of(38.06±0.27)kg were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 7 replicates per group and 1 pig per replicate according to similar body weight.The 4 group were control group(basal diet),AFB1 group(280μg/kg AFB1),compound additive groupⅠ(AFB1 diet+0.3%antioxidant compound additive)and compound additive groupⅡ(AFB1 diet+0.3%intestinal health compound additive),respectively.The experiment lasted for 102 days.The results showed as follows:compared with control group,average daily gain(ADG)at 51 to 75 kg was significantly decreased(P<0.05),plasma total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity was significantly decreased and plasma malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly increased at 135 kg(P<0.05),plasma glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT)activity was significantly increased at 100 kg(P<0.05),and liver index,AFB1 and aflatoxin M1(AFM1)contents in liver and kidney and AFB1 content in longissimus dorsi of growing-finishing pigs in AFB1 group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with AFB1 group,ADG at 51 to 75 kg was significantly increased(P<0.05),plasma T-SOD activity was significantly increased at 135 kg(P<0.05),plasma MDA content and GOT activity were significantly decreased at 100 kg(P<0.05),and AFM 1 content in kidney and AFB1 content in longissimus dorsi of growing-finishing pigs in compound additive groupⅠwere significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with AFB1 group,plasma T-SOD activity was significantly increased at 135 kg(P<0.05),plasma MDA content was significantly decreased at 100 and 135 kg(P<0.05),and plasma GOT activity at 100 kg of growing-finishing pigs in compound additive groupⅡwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary 280μg/kg AFB1 can
