血管评估监测表在核素肾动态显像中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血管评估监测表应用于核素肾动态显像“弹丸”注射成功率的研究。方法对297例行核素肾动态显像患者随机分为A、B两组,A组采用传统直接“弹丸”注射法,B组采用自制的血管评估监测表对准备行核素肾动态显像患者进行血管评估,根据评估结果选择个性化的注射方式(直接“弹丸”注射法;留置针注射法;三通管注射法)。对比A、B两组患者“弹丸”注射的成功率(由两名主治以上的核医学科医生根据肾血流灌注曲线和腹主动脉峰的半高宽来共同判断“弹丸”质量)。结果A组注射成功率为88.28%,B组注射成功率为96.05%,两组成功率差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=5.240,P<0.05)。结论应用血管评估监测表后可提高“弹丸”注射成功率。Objective To estimate the value of vascular evaluation monitoring table in the study of projectile injection in radionuclide renal dynamic imaging.Methods 297 patients underwent radionuclide renal dynamic imaging were randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A used traditional direct shot injection method,while group B used self-made vascular evaluation monitoring table to evaluate the vessels of patients.Personalized injection method was selected according to the evaluation results:direct shot injection method,indwelling needle injection or three-paths injection method.The rate of success in projectile injection was compared between group A and group B(the projectile quality was judged and interpreted by at least two doctors of nuclear medicine according to renal blood perfusion curve and half-height width of abdominal aorta peak).Results The rate of success was 88.28%in group A and 96.05%in group B,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.240,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of vascular evaluation monitoring table can improve the rate of success in projectile injection.
