摘 要:目的提升本科全英文班留学生针灸实践的学习效果。方法针对五年制全英文班留学生的针灸临床实习,进行了一系列的临床带教方法探索:组建多层次师资梯队,增加研究生助教;制定全英文特色临床带教方案,融合最新教学方式,实行多元化教学,分阶段强化提升针灸操作技能,定制全方位问卷考核机制;融入初级慕课平台等。结果获得了留学生的广泛好评,提升了学习兴趣,并增强了临床实习信心。结论此次针灸临床带教模式实践达到了留学生针灸临床带教体系的部分优化,但还需砥砺前行。Objective To optimize the clinical teaching system of acupuncture for undergraduate international students.Methods A series of clinical teaching reforms were carried out for the five-year international students'short-term acupuncture clinical internship:teaching in groups by the multi-level teacher team and the postgraduate assistants,and the characteristic acupuncture clinical teaching scheme in English,with the latest teaching models,the diversified teaching methods,the different stages of acupuncture operation practice,the questionnaires and examinations,and integrates into the primary MOOCs.Results The international students commented favorably on the new teaching model,which increased their interest,and enhanced their confidence in clinical practice.Conclusion The practice of acupuncture clinical teaching model had achieved partial optimization of the clinical acupuncture teaching system for international students.However,the clinical acupuncture teaching system still needs to be carried forward.
