摘 要:目的探讨微信微格联合PBL教学模式在中医外科外治法教学中的应用效果。方法中医学专业研究生60人,随机分为2组,试验组和对照组各30人。试验组采用微信微格联合PBL教学模式,对照组采用传统PBL教学法,教学结束后60名学生统一进行理论考核、临床操作考核,比较教学效果。结果试验组理论成绩、临床操作成绩及总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信微格联合PBL教学法可以显著提高学生中医外科外治法理论水平和临床操作能力。Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat and micro-teaching method combined with PBL teaching mode in in the teaching of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 60 postgraduates of TCM speciality were randomly divided into exprimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The experimental group used WeChat and micro-teaching method combined with PBL teaching mode,and the control group used traditional PBLteaching method.The theoretical knowledge and clinical operation was evaluated,and the effect of different teaching methods was compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical operation and analysis in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the WeChat and micro-teaching method combined with PBL teaching mode can obviously improved students'theoretical knowledge level and clinical operating ability.
