摘　　要：中医肿瘤学是中医学科进一步发展的具体方向之一。中医肿瘤学研究生既要掌握中医肿瘤病证辨治思维和理法方药,又必须掌握现代肿瘤学相关知识,既要具备扎实的临床技能又要拥有科研创新能力与技能,因此如何规范与创新中医肿瘤学研究生的培养思路与模式有其必要性。Oncology of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the specific directions for the further development of the discipline of traditional Chinese medicine.Postgraduates of oncology in traditional Chinese medicine should not only grasp the thinking of differentiation and treatment of TCM oncology,but also the knowledge of modern oncology.They should possess solid clinical skills and scientific research innovation ability and skills.Therefore,it is necessary to standardize and innovate the train of thought and mode of TCM oncology postgraduates.
