“你见,故我在”——论“关系”“看见”以及“见证”对自我及心理健康的影响

摘　　要：几乎所有心理问题都和来访者与他所处环境中的重要他人关系有关。结合生活实际观察和心理咨询案例来论述三个问题:个体的自我是如何在关系之中被建构出来的;为什么“看见”可以被理解为一种基本的人际互动,以及它是如何影响个体心理健康的;“见证”何以具有整合经验的力量。Almost all psychological problems are related to the relationship between the visitor and the important others in his environment.Three questions are discussed in the light of the actual observation of life and psychological counseling cases:how the individual s self is constructed in the relationship;why“seeing”can be understood as a basic interpersonal interaction,and how it affects the individual s mental health;and why“witnessing”has the power of integrating experience.
