摘　　要：目的探索血清白介素10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在前列腺增生(BPH)及前列腺癌(PC)组织中的表达及意义。方法选取2012年5月~2018年5月我院治疗的20例PC患者(PC组)、19例BPH患者(BPH组)为研究对象,均行IL-10、TNF-α指标检测,在通过PCI图像分析测定后,每个切片测定五个视野,并选取平均吸光值作为测定值,平均吸光度值和表达强度成正比,随后分析IL-10、TNF-α在两组标本组织中的表达和测量结果。结果PC阴性组和BPH阴性组的IL-10、TNF-α差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PC阳性组IL-10、TNF-α低于BPH阳性组(P<0.05);PC组阳性者前列腺体积、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)高于BPH组阳性者,尿潴留次数、尿流率、残尿量多于BPH组阳性者(P<0.05);PC组阴性者前列腺体积、IPSS评分高于BPH组阴性者,尿潴留次数、尿流率、残尿量多于BPH组阴性者(P<0.05)。结论IL-10、TNF-α在PC患者中具有一定表达性,与癌细胞快速增长引起的炎症反应有关,在BPH患者中具有较高意义的表达,与组织结构破坏、组织增生有关。Objective To explore the expression and significance of serum IL-10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and prostate cancer.(PC).Methods From May 2012 to May 2015,20 patients with PC and 19 patients with BPH were selected as subjects.TNF-αindex detection,after measurement by PCI image analysis,five fields were determined for each slice,and the average absorbance value was selected as the measured value.The average absorbance value was proportional to the expression intensity,and then IL-10 and TNF-αwere analyzed.Expression and measurement results in two sets of specimen tissues.Results There was no difference in IL-10 and TNF-αbetween the PC negative group and the BPH negative group(P>0.05).The PC positive group IL-10 and TNF-αwere lower than the BPH positive group(P<0.05).The prostate volume and IPSS scores of the PC group positive were higher than those of the positive persons BPH group,the number of urinary retention,the urinary flow rate,and the residual urine volume were more than those of the negative persons BPH group(P<0.05);The volume and IPSS scores were higher than those in the BPH group.The number of urinary retention,urinary flow rate,and residual urine volume were more than those in the BPH group(P<0.05).Conclusion IL-10 and TNF-αhave a certain expression in PC patients,which is related to the inflammatory reaction caused by the rapid growth of cancer cells.It has high expression in patients with BPH,which is related to tissue destruction and tissue proliferation.
