摘 要:目的通过压痕松弛实验,研究三种形式大鼠肝脏的黏弹性参数的差异,探索黏弹性参数的影响因素。方法雄性SD大鼠10只,体重(180±20)g,10%水合氯醛3 ml/kg腹腔注射麻醉后,每只大鼠的肝脏依次在三种检测条件(在体检测、离体检测、将肝脏切成小块后体外检测)下分别进行压痕松弛实验,进行肝脏黏弹性的力学检测。使用Prony模型分别获取3种检测条件下的黏弹性参数:τ1、τ2、g 1、g 2。结果在体肝脏的黏弹性参数g 1、g 2、τ1、τ2分别为0.508±0.071、0.194±0.055、0.754±0.218、23.524±9.233,离体肝脏的黏弹性参数g 1、g 2、τ1、τ2分别为0.384±0.072、0.256±0.041、1.062±0.250、29.254±2.852,肝脏组织块的黏弹性参数g 1、g 2、τ1、τ2分别为0.359±0.030、0.246±0.027、1.070±0.137、30.204±3.250。离体肝脏及肝脏组织块与在体肝脏的黏弹性参数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论离体肝脏和肝脏组织块的黏弹性与在体肝脏的黏弹性有着较大差异,对肝脏的黏弹性进行研究时,应注意不同检测状态对肝脏黏弹性的影响。Objective To study the differences of viscoelastic parameters in three forms of rat liver,and to explore the influencing factors of viscoelastic parameters by indentation relaxation experiment.Methods 10 SD male rats(180±20)g,after intraperitoneal injection of 10%Chloral hydrate 3 ml/kg,each rat's liver was test by indentation and relaxation experiments under three different test conditions(in vivo detection,ex vivo detection,in vitro detetion with the liver been cut into small pieces)respectively to obtain the liver viscoelastic parameters.The viscoelastic parametersτ1,τ2,g 1,g 2 of the three test conditions were obtained from the Prony model.Results The viscoelastic parameters g 1,g 2,τ1,τ2 of the liver in vivo were 0.508±0.071,0.194±0.055,0.754±0.218,23.524±9.233,respectively,the viscoelastic parameters of the liver ex vivo were 0.384±0.072,0.256±0.041,1.062±0.250,29.254±2.852,respectively,and the viscoelastic parameters of the liver in vitro were 0.359±0.030,0.246±0.027,1.070±0.137,30.204±3.250.There were statistically significant differences between the viscoelastic parameters of the livers in vivo with the parameters of the livers ex vivo and in vitro(P<0.05).Conclusion The viscoelasticity of ex vivo liver and in vitro liver is quite different from that of in vivo liver.When studying the viscoelasticity of liver,we should pay attention to the influence of different detection states on viscoelasticity.
