摘  要:立足时代背景和工程发展要求,从4个维度分析我国工科人才培养开展工程伦理教育的必要性。结合近年来学校开设工程伦理课程的实际情况,分别就教育目标、教学方法、师资培养等5个专题进行了实践探索和经验介绍;进一步分析和阐述开展工程伦理教育对增进学生能力素质培养的3个方面作用和认识。最后得出:推进工程伦理教育,有助于新时代我国新工科建设、工程教育认证以及制造强国战略实施的结论,提出创建具有中国特色工程伦理教育内涵和育人模式的构想。Based on the historical background and the requirement of engineering development,this paper analyzes the necessity of engineering ethics education from four dimensions.Based on the actual situation of the engineering ethics courses offered by the school in recent years,this paper makes a practical exploration and experience introduction on five topics including education objectives,teaching methods and teacher training.At the same time,this paper further analyzes and expounds the functions and understandings of carrying out engineering ethics education on improving students ability and quality.Finally,it is concluded that the promotion of engineering ethics education is conducive to the construction of new engineering in China in the new era,the implementation of engineering education certification and the strategy of manufacturing power,as well as the establishment of the connotation and education mode of engineering ethics education with Chinese characteristics.
