摘 要:低氮燃烧技术是适应我国超低污染排放政策的必然趋势。作为一项这十余年才发展起来的清洁煤燃烧技术,低氮燃烧技术在控制策略方面还较为薄弱。针对燃煤电站锅炉进行低氮燃烧改造后现有二次风配风控制的现状及问题,进行了原因分析。以成熟的燃烧热力学机理为支撑提炼出核心模型,采用先进建模、优化算法和控制逻辑等相关技术,研发出了一套面向二次风、SOFA风的低氮燃烧控制系统。最终给出了系统在300 MW锅炉机组的实际应用案例,不仅能够实现锅炉复杂工况下的智能配风、降低并保持NO x低排放,而且稳定了SCR脱硝系统喷氨量,具有非常明显的经济效益和社会意义。Low NOx combustion technology is adapt to the inevitable trend of Chinese low emission policy,which has been developed for nearly ten years.However,the control strategy of the low NOx combustion technology is still weak.The problem and reason analysis of the air distribution control after low NOx combustion modification for the coal-fired power plant boiler is described.Based the combustion thermodynamic mechanism,the core model is extracted.A control system of the secondary air and SOFA air is developed,using advanced modeling,optimization and control technologies.The control system is realized in a 330 MW boiler.It is not only useful for the air distribution intelligently in the complex condition,but also for keeping NOx emissions at a low level.Similarly,the amount of ammonia in SCR denitrification system becomes stable.It has obvious economic and social significance.
