摘 要:目的:科学计算教学评估指标权重,突出关键指标。方法:采用专家咨询法和权值因子判断表法,对11位来自不同高校的临床教学管理人员、临床科室负责人、教学督导专家对教学指标的打分结果进行计算。结果:本科教学、医师规范化培训、教学管理、教学特色分别占教学评估指标总分的15%,师资占本科教学的32%,导师学术水平占研究生教学的36%,培训效果占规范化培训的33%,国家级学习班占继续医学教育指标的39%,教学管理指标中教学督导和评教占30%。结论:教学评估关键一级指标为:本科教学、规范化培训、教学管理和教学特色。二级指标中关键指标为师资、导师学术水平、规范化培训效果、主办国家级继续教育学习班数量、教学督导和评教。Objectives:To scientifically calculate the teaching evaluation index weight to intensify the key indicators.Methods:The experts consultation method and weight factor judgment table method was used to calculate the teaching evaluation index.These 11 experts were from different colleges and universities,who were the management,head of clinical departments and teaching supervision.Results:Standardized training of doctors,the undergraduate course teaching,teaching management and teaching characteristics respectively accounted for 15%of teaching evaluation index score,the teachers accounted for 32%of undergraduate teaching,teacher academic level accounted for 36%of the graduate students teaching,training effect accounted for 33%of standardization training,national class accounted for 39%of continuing medical education,teaching supervision in teaching management index and evaluation was 30%.Conclusions:Key indicators in first class index were the teaching evaluation of undergraduate course teaching,standardization training to doctors,teaching management and teaching characteristic.Key indicators in secondary index were the academic level of teachers,mentors,standardization training effect,the number of host of national continuing education classes,teaching supervision,and evaluation of teaching.
