摘　　要：医院进行停电倒闸操作存在很大的安全风险,稍有不慎就有可能发生安全事故,所以供电倒闸操作必须有严格的操作流程和有效的管理组织措施,才能保障其安全进行。北京协和医院从工作实际出发,为了保障供电倒闸操作的安全性,采取了拟定停电计划、提交停电申请、签发停电通知单、填写倒闸操作票(工作票)、操作票审核、签发、操作票执行、用电终端恢复等一系列供电倒闸操作的安全保障措施,保证了供电倒闸操作的安全可靠。There are great safety risks in switching operation of power outage in hospitals and may lead to safety accidents. Therefore, strict operating procedures and effective management and organizational measures must be in place for switching operation to ensure its safety. Peking Union Medical College Hospital starting from the practice of work, in order to ensure the safety of switching operation, has adopted a series of security measures for switching operation included making blackout plan, submitting blackout application, approving blackout application, completing and approving switching operation voucher, operation and power recovery to ensure the safety and reliability of switching operation.
