摘  要:某前驱车型在高速、热车工况进行中度制动时出现方向盘摆振及车身抖动问题。经制动抖动整车道路试 验与整车悬架系统、方向盘模态测试分析,最终确定是由于制动盘热变形导致制动盘厚薄差(DTV)增长,引起的激励 频率与悬架系统纵向固有频率、方向盘旋转模态频率相重合产生共振。通过更改制动盘通风结构增加冷却效能,以及 调整悬架系统刚度特性改变纵向固有频率的方法有效解决了该车型制动抖动问题。The steering wheel shimmy and body judder arise in the condition of medium and high speed hot braking process.During the braking process,the increase of the thermal deformation of the brake disc leads to the growth of the DTV of the brake disc and the vibration excitation is generated and transmitted to the body and the steering wheel.After investigation and analysis,it is determined that the judder is caused by the overlap resonance between the excitation frequency caused by the brake disc DTV and the natural frequencies of the suspension system and the steer wheel.By changing the ventilation structure of the brake disc to increase the cooling efficiency and adjust the stiffness of the suspension system to change its natural frequency,the brake judder problem of the vehicle is effectively solved.
