摘 要:浮筏隔振系统是目前舰船应用最为广泛的隔振方式。多台动力机械设备通过上层隔振器统一安装在公共 筏体上,筏体通过下层隔振器和船体基座相连。以某船用浮筏隔振装置为研究对象,通过3种筏体结构优化的基本思 想,提出筏体改进的3种方案。3种方案分别为加斜板、间断肋和加肋板,并对不同方案下系统的隔振效果进行计算与 分析。研究结果表明:筏体结构经过改进后的系统隔振性能有明显提升,其中最后一种方案减振效果最为显著。Floating raft vibration isolation system is the most widely used vibration isolation method in ships.Multiple power machines are installed on the same raft through the upper vibration isolators.The raft is connected to the hull base through the lower vibration isolators.In this paper,a marine floating raft vibration isolation device is taken as the research object.Based on the raft structural optimization,three schemes of raft improvement are proposed.They are to add the inclined plate,to add the discontinuous reinforcing rib and to add the rib plate,respectively.The vibration isolation effects of different schemes are calculated and analyzed.The results show that the vibration isolation performance of the raft structure is improved obviously,and the vibration isolation performance improvement of the last scheme is the most prominent.
