摘　　要：银屑病是一种常见并易复发的慢性炎症性皮肤病,以青壮年为多,对患者的身体健康及精神影响甚大。目前,大量证据支持银屑病的发生是多因素的共同作用的结果,包括免疫因素、遗传因素、感染因素、环境因素等。其中,免疫因素在银屑病发病机制中起重要作用,尤其是淋巴T细胞的核心作用,本文通过分别综述其主要涉及的免疫细胞、免疫分子、免疫相关通路在银屑病发病机制的作用及研究进展,阐明其临床意义,对银屑病的靶点治疗探索新思路,进而为临床的实践提供进一步的指导。Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which is common and easy to relapse.It happens mostly in young adults and has a great impact on the physical health and mental health of patients.At present,plenty of evidence supports that the occurrence of psoriasis is the result of multiple factors,including immune factors,genetic factors,infectious factors,environmental factors.Among them,immune factors especially T-lymphocyte play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Through separately reviewing the role of immune cells,immune molecules and immune related pathways in the pathogenesis of psoriasis and their research progress,this thesis clarifies their clinical significance,explores new ideas for the targeted therapy of psoriasis,and provides further guidance for clinical practice.
