摘　　要：近年来,随着影像学、功能神经外科学等学科的不断发展,颅底静脉解剖及功能的研究有了长足的进步。目前已有部分学者对颅底静脉功能进行了较深入的研究,比如颅底静脉血管损伤后相应脑叶功能、情感调节、认知功能等方面。近年来的相关研究基本认为,颅内肿瘤术前,要制定详细合理的方案,术中尽量保留引流静脉,以符合神经外科手术保存高级神经功能的发展趋势。In recent years,with the continuous development of imaging,functional neurosurgery and other disciplines,the research on the anatomy and function of skull base veins has made great progress.At present,some scholars have conducted in-depth studies on the function of skull base veins,such as the corresponding cerebral lobe function,emotional regulation and cognitive function after the injury of skull base veins.In recent years,the relevant studies basically believe that a detailed and reasonable plan should be made before the operation of intracranial tumors,and the draining veins should be kept as much as possible during the operation,so as to conform to the development trend of neurosurgery for the preservation of advanced neurological functions.
